When and where will ILTA 2026 take place?
ILTA 2026 will take place June 15–17, 2026, in Houston, Texas, at the Marriott Marquis Houston and the George R. Brown Convention Center. There is an indoor walkway that connects the two facilities.

The Conference will be held at the Marriott Marquis Houston on the 2nd and 4th floors.

Is there a Trade Show Only registration option?
Yes. A complimentary Trade Show Only registration option is available and provides access to the Trade Show during designated hours.
Can non-members attend ILTA 2026?
Yes. Non-members may attend; however, member rates are reserved for ILTA members.
Accommodations & Booking
Is there a hotel booking deadline?
Yes. Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until the ILTA room block closes or sells out.
I tried to book a room and the hotel is sold out. Will more rooms become available?
Our official hotel block is currently sold out. We encourage you to check back periodically, as cancellations may occur and additional rooms may become available.

Trade Show
Do I need to register to attend the Trade Show?
Yes. There is no fee to walk the Trade Show floor; however, registration as a Trade Show attendee is required.
When can I move in my booth?
Exhibitors with booths 400 sq. ft. and larger may begin setup on Sunday, June 14, from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
All other exhibitors may begin setup on Sunday, June 14, at 12:00 PM.
What's included with my booth purchase?
Booth packages include:
- One 8'-tall back drape and two 3' side drapes (side drapes on inline booths only)

Golf Tournament
When and where is the ILTA Golf Tournament?
The ILTA Golf Tournament will be held at the Wildcat Golf Club on Sunday, June 14. Registration opens at 7:30 AM and tee off is at 9:00 AM. The golf tournament is open to terminal member company employees, Conference attendees, and Trade Show exhibitors.
