Learning Lab

The Learning Lab is a small theater space within ILTA Central on the Trade Show floor, featuring 20-minute sessions delivered via individual headsets for focused listening and Q&A.

Programming includes a curated mix of sponsored sessions and expert-led presentations, offering practical insights in a concise, accessible format.

Beer Garden

The Beer Garden is a casual gathering space located on the Trade Show floor, offering attendees a place to step away from the aisles, continue conversations, and connect with colleagues in a relaxed setting. Whether meeting new contacts or reconnecting with familiar faces, the Beer Garden provides a comfortable environment to recharge during the day.

Soccer Pavilion

The Soccer Pavilion is a dedicated networking space on the Trade Show floor inspired by Houston’s role as a 2026 World Cup host city. Designed as an interactive, informal setting, the Pavilion creates a natural backdrop for conversation and connection throughout the event.

Taking place alongside the Trade Show Preview, the Women in Terminals Networking Reception offers an opportunity to gather within ILTA Central while also exploring the Trade Show floor.

Open to all attendees, the reception brings together women from across the liquid terminal industry for conversation rooted in shared experience and professional perspective. The setting encourages informal dialogue, reflection, and relationship-building, alongside signature cocktails and photo moments woven naturally into the first look of the Trade Show.

Conference Networking Reception

The Conference Networking Reception is the primary evening social event of the ILTA Conference, offering a lively setting for attendees to unwind, reconnect, and continue conversations beyond the day’s sessions.

Open to all Conference registrants and those who have purchased a la carte tickets, the reception features a hosted buffet, complimentary beverages, and a high-energy atmosphere designed for easy interaction. Held at the Marriott Marquis in the Texas Ballroom, this event blends great food, conversation, and celebration—making it a standout moment on the ILTA 2026 schedule.
